There’s nothing better during the fleeting loveliness of summer in the city than sitting back, drink in hand, and pretending you’re on holiday.

And while there are plenty of gorgeous rooftop bars and beer gardens vying to whisk you away to a state of bliss, it’s this year’s crop of pop-up bars that have made us most excited for the long, lazy months ahead.

From rooftop sun-downers to craft beer paired with karaoke, to sangria sipped under a canopy of flowers and back again, there is well and truly a pop-up to satisfy every taste – and even one with an avocado bar (yes, really).
