How I Built This

Behind the world’s best known companies there are some fascinating stories, and, in this NPR podcast, host Guy Raz chats to the well-known founders of companies like Kate Spade, Buzzfeed and Starbucks to get the inside scoop. One of the best recent episodes was Raz’s interview with Whitney Wolfe - the entrepreneur who helped launched Tinder when she was 22, then went on to become the founder of Bumble. Wolfe’s story reminds us that the path to success is rarely plain sailing – she’s admirably honest about her struggles working in a male-dominated workplace, and the toll that took on her mental health.
