The adventures of two milk teeth

Published

Ever wondered what happens to your milk teeth when they’ve vanished from under your pillow?

Californian artist Inhae Lee has been documenting the adventures of two tiny milk ‘teef’ since they turned up on her doorstep, first on the blog mymilktoof.blogspot.com and now in cuter-than-cute book My Milk Toof: The Adventures of Ickle and Lardee (£10.99, Chronicle).

Lee faithfully photographs the exploits of Ickle and Lardee as they navigate their way through a very big world. Whether they’re using a (giant) telephone, eating a strawberry or having their own milk teeth come through, these tiny characters are always adorable but never sickly sweet.
