Hundreds of people have taken to social media to share tales of what they do when they aren’t in a relationship. From relaxing with a long soak in the tub to building self-esteem, spending money that would have been destined for a partner’s present to simply enjoying a free social calendar, the results are empowering and self-affirming.

While of course, all these positives and more can be enjoyed when you do have a partner, there’s no harm in a little reminder of the importance of spending time on yourself – especially if your recent romances have been emotionally draining.
