A woman has become a viral internet sensation for documenting one of life’s most relatable scenarios: that of being a third wheel.

The woman has been sharing hilarious photos of herself surrounded by happy couples on her Instagram feed, aptly named Third Wheel Extravaganza, for the last five months, building up a loyal following of almost 5,000 users (at the time of writing).

Giving a shout out to anyone who has ever been in the same position, she has shared the brilliantly deadpan photos of herself at friend’s weddings, engagement parties, coffee dates and shopping trips.
