She went on to say, “The situation for women today is horrifying, but these women are inspiring. They continue to find ways to make their own choices, defy restrictions designed to silence them, learn, earn and hope. Their bravery is building a more equal, peaceful and prosperous world for all women, everywhere. For all of humanity. How dare we not stand with them?”
