Much as she loves to spread the good work on fitness, it seems Diaz isn't a big fan of Facebook or Twitter; in fact, she quit all social media accounts last September.

"I think social media is a crazy-ass experiment on society. The way people use it to get validation from a bunch of strangers is dangerous. What's the point?" she says.

Diaz married Good Charlotte musician Madden in a candlelit ceremony at her Beverly Hills home at the beginning of this year.

The couple have been dating since last May following an introduction by Nicole Richie, who is married to Benji's twin brother Joel Madden.

Both Richie and Joel Madden attended the wedding, along with celebrity guests including Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Diaz's long-time Hollywood pal, and Charlie's Angels co-star, Drew Barrymore - who had a lead role as bridesmaid.
