Where does one of the world's most famous supermodels eat, drink, shop and stay? Claudia Schiffer opens her address book (and reveals a Frappucino addiction) to Stylist...
HOTEL
I love the Amanpuri resorts, and my favourite is in Phuket (amanresorts.com). The design is very rustic but it’s also very functional. It’s got all the things you need – internet, hi-tech gadgets, TV – and it’s very luxurious but not ostentatiously so.
RESTAURANT
In London, I love Nobu (noburestaurants.com), especially their sushi. In Paris, I love L’Ami Louis (32 rue Vertbois 75003, 0033-148 877 748); you walk in and think it’s just a tiny insignificant restaurant, but it’s a lovely little bistro, with checked tablecloths, no windows, and the most amazing French food.
PUB
Our friends have just opened a pub called The Elveden Inn (elvedeninn.com) nearby in Thetford Forest. It’s got a log fire and serves good Guinness.
BEACH
Any in Barbuda. It has the longest, sandiest, cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen!
COFFEE SHOP
I never liked coffee, but I’m addicted to Starbucks’ frappucinos – the mixture of the milk and sugar…although when I did a shoot in Italy recently I was persuaded to try a cappuccino and it was delicious, so now I try them at every opportunity.
SHOP
I get most of my clothes online from net-a-porter.com. Sometimes I just don’t have much time so at the end of the day I’ll just log on and shop.
FOOD MARKET
I love Harrods’ food hall (harrods.com) and Daylesford Organic (daylesfordorganic.com).
