She also put to bed the idea of a future ‘Friends’ movie, explaining that the format of the TV show wouldn't lend itself well to a film adaptation.

Cox said, “We did the whole show on a sound stage in Monica’s apartment pretty much… so what are you gonna do?"

While, we were pretty disappointed to hear this collective news, there have been a number of other projects where the cast have starred alongside each other.

Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry and Lisa Kudrow have all made cameo appearances on TV show Cougar Town of which Cox is the leading star.

Meanwhile, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox have appeared in Lisa Kudrow's comedy TV series Web Therapy.

We're still hoping for a reunion miracle come May 6 when it will officially be 10 years since the last episode of Friends.
