Emma Stone reduced to tears in interview by Mel B

Published

During a chat with radio station, 2DayFMSydney, Emma Stone revealed that she's a massive Spice Girls fan. In fact, she loves them so much that on seeing a personalised message from Mel B, she promptly began tearing up.

Interviewers Sophie and Merrick of the Jules, Merrick, Sophie with Mel B show, told Stone that unfortunately Mel B couldn't be there in person to ask the star any questions.

Upon hearing that one of her favourite singers could have been there to conduct the interview, the Easy A star began to get over excited and also a little disappointed that Scary Spice wasn't there to ask her any questions.

However, the interviewers brought along a little video, in which Mel B asks the actress why she preferred Baby Spice to her.

The Amazing Spider-Man star then shed a few tears, totally understandable in our opinion...it's Scary Spice after all!

Mel B then told the actress, as punishment for not choosing Scary Spice as her favourite Spice Girl, she would have to sing a Spice Girls song.

Stone then launched into a rendition of Wannabe, and then proceeded to get emotional again. Watch the whole interview in the video below.

Stone is starring in the new film the Amazing Spider-Man 2, in which she stars as Gwen Stacy, the girlfriend to Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man, played by Andrew Garfield, who also happens to be her real-life boyfriend.
