George Clooney and his fiancée Amal Alamuddin have married in Venice. The ceremony took place on Saturday in the seven-star Aman Canal Grande Hotel in Venice with a star studded guestbook including Bill Murray, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Cindy Crawford and US Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
Guests were seen arriving to the wedding celebrations in a flotilla of water taxis down Venice's famous Grand Canal. Clooney, 53, arrived for the wedding celebrations with his parents, while Amal, 36, managed to avoid the cameras.
The bride was rumoured to be wearing a dress designed by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen who designed the Duchess of Cambridge's famous lace wedding dress in 2011. But in a deal negotiated with American Vogue to secure the rights to the official wedding photos, guests were allegedly banned from using mobile phones at the ceremony or party to avoid photo leaks, but we've rounded up the best photos of guests arriving at the wedding.
