After almost 13 years of marriage, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are filing for divorce.
The couple have three sons together; nine year old Kingston, six year old Zuma and 17-month-old Apollo.
The couple released a joint statement which said, "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment."
No Doubt singer Stefani, 45, filed the papers in California citing irreconcilable differences, while the Bush frontman Rossdale, 49, filed his response at the same time.
The couple began dating in 1995 after No Doubt opened for the Bush on tour and they later married in London, before having a second wedding ceremony in Los Angeles two weeks later.
They were last seen together celebrating the Fourth of July at Stefani's parents house with their children.
