What kind of procrastinator are you?

Come on, admit it, we're all guilty of putting off jobs we know we have to get done.

Whether that's deciding you urgently need to re-organise your nail polishes, suddenly needing to create a new Spotify playlist, or just compiling that all-important bucket list of travel destinations, there's always something you much rather do than finish that important document your boss asked for last week.

But did you know there are different types of procrastinators? According to this infographic created by Dr Joseph Ferrari, the author of Still Procrastinating? The No-Regrets Guide To Getting It Done, you can be one of three different procrastinators: the thrill-seeker, the avoider or the indecisive.

It's not just a simple case of labeling yourself as being a bit lazy, in fact there's a very good reason why you might behaving this way.

For starters, procrastinators are affected by stress differently - some thrive on it while others struggle when put under deadline. Next up, your attention to detail can also prevent you from finishing your work. You could just be so consumed by finishing that job off so perfectly that it never gets done either.

Finally a fear of success can also impede your work as well. However, there is help at hand, as this infographic also demonstrates that there are ways to avoid, erm, avoiding.

Click on the infographic below to enlarge, follow the arrows and discover how you say goodbye to your procrastination once and for all.
