So what happened once Dewan made the switch to clean make-up and vegan beauty? The results were so good, she says, that she now uses an exclusively toxin-free range of products.

Her favourite toxin-free items include Elta MD’s range of fragrance, paraben and sensitivity-free sunscreens. “I like it because it gives you a glow and isn’t mattifying,” Dewan told People. “It’s all natural and zinc-based. I’ve had a lot of doctors and dermatologists recommend it to me.”

In terms of make-up, Dewan swears by the Savvy Minerals by Young Living bronzer. “It gives me a really, really good colour,” Dewan added. “It’s not too shimmery and not too matte.”
