Ever since we heard that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux had tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony, we've been refreshing our news feeds in the hope of some details emerging.
And finally, wedding guest and close friend of the pair Howard Stern has given us an insight into the big day.
According to the radio host, who gave a speech about the wedding, the pair were married last week by late-night TV show host Jimmy Kimmel at the Bel Air home in front of 70 guests. Robert Downey Junior was also on hand to give a speech at the nuptials.
The wedding was disguised to guests as a 44th birthday party for Theroux.
Stern said, “It was always called a birthday party. Whenever you got an email, it was a birthday party. They're so secretive that they even had the wedding on a Wednesday because nobody gets married on a Wednesday.”
E! News reported that Aniston wore a “short” dress and that her dogs took part in the ceremony, with the couple dancing to a live performance by Sia for their first dance. Along with maid of honour Courteney Cox, fellow Friends alumni Lisa Kudrow was in attendance, although there is no mention of the rest of the cast.
Other A-listers including Emily Blunt, Orlando Bloom, Sandra Bullock, Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams also attended the wedding while Jennifer Meyer, who was also at the ceremony, designed the rings.
Stern went on to lament the fact that the couple banned all mobile phones from the ceremony, with only Terry Richardson, the official wedding photographer, being allowed to take snaps of the ceremony.
Stern said, “Why can’t I have my cell phone? I don’t want to take a picture of you two! I really don’t. I want my cell phone so after I make this speech I can call my car and get the f**k outta here!”
Finally, he had many kind words to say about Theroux, saying “I like him very much...I really admire him. If one of my daughters brought home a guy like Justin, I'd be very pleased.”
