From Victoria Beckham to Jessica Alba, the best celebrity Throwback Thursday and Flashback Friday pictures

There's one day of the week we especially love when it comes celebrities on social media: Thursday.
That's because so many of our favourite stars pull out their old family photo albums and share the cutest pictures of their former selves as part of the hashtag trend #throwbackthursday or #TBT.
But often it's a warm reminder of their journey to fame and family life. This week Victoria Beckham shared a picture of herself with her siblings, following the news that her younger sister Louise Adams is divorcing her husband of four years, businessman Darren Flood. Earlier this month Taylor Swift commemorated her milestone achievement of selling the largest number of albums sold in a week since 2002 with a snap of what she looked like in 2002.
