The partners of four years are my favourite of all celebrity couples, even more so now that Paulson has confirmed how the two met.

In an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the actress recounted how she and Taylor crossed paths when they were both filming something for a charitable organisation many years ago.

“It’s a long story,” she said. “We met a very, very long time ago. I was with someone else and she was too. We were doing a thing at [actress] Martha Plimpton’s house. It was for an organisation that she was working with and we were both doing a little PSA for it,” Paulson added. “We sort of breezed by each other and then started following each on Twitter… and then…”
