The competitions that we run through the Services are subject to the following rules (unless otherwise specified above):

This is a year long campaign ending on December 31 2016.

One winner each month will receive a personalised hamper of Clarins products worth £250.

Clarins Terms

Applies to prize products: risk in any prizes provided passes from Clarins to the winner when Clarins post the prize. In the event that the prize is damaged in transit and you return the prize to Clarins at your own cost and in the condition it is received in, Clarins will provide a substitute prize. Whilst Clarins will use reasonable efforts to ensure that third party sponsors provide any prizes they have agreed to provide that are not Clarins’ products, Clarins is not to be held liable for any late delivery, loss or damage to or any problems with any prizes provided by any third party sponsor, including any failure by any third party sponsor to provide the prize. Clarins shall have no liability for any breach of these Competition Rules by Clarins beyond its reasonable control.

Prize provider (Clarins) will use all reasonable endeavors to notify winners by email or by telephone within ten (10) working days after the draw. Winners have five (5) working days to respond in full from when the email is sent or telephone call made. If the provider does not receive a response within 5 working days, Shortlist will randomly select another winner from the remaining correct and fully completed eligible entries received by Shortlist by the Competition’s closing date.

Social Terms

You must be the copyright holder of any images that are entered in to #StylistYearOfYou

To enter the competition post an image and use #stylistyearofyou in the caption of the image. All entries will be monitored and not all will be published. Users can submit more than one entry.

If the Instagram account posted to is set to private the image will not be pulled into the system - accounts must be set to public for users to enter.

Photos must have been uploaded during the campaign period – from 02/02/2016. Old images can be used but must be re-uploaded in order to pull into our database.

One winner per month will be chosen by Stylist and Clarins based on the suitability to the theme and the quality of the image.

The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Generic Terms

Prize is subject to availability

No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted.

Competitions are open to all UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol, tobacco or travel-related competitions, and in other cases as stated) except our employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.

If we run a competition or offer with a promoter where that promoter is responsible for the provision of the offer or prizes then Shortlist Media Ltd will not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes.

ShortList Media Ltd and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing date.

We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.

The winner may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability.

Detail of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked with the name of the competition to Shortlist Media Ltd, 26-34 Emerald Street, London WC1N 3QA, United Kingdom within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.

Details of all entries will be kept on a database but will only be passed to third parties to enable analysis or the processing of the competition and prize fulfillment unless you specifically allow the data to be shared. This is the only occasion when another organisation apart from Shortlist Media will have access to your information. Data will only be shared with the competition partner when you consent to it by ticking the box on an offer or competition. The sponsor will be clearly named in the text next to the tick box and if the box is not ticked your data will not be shared. Any use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them, and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive details of future related offers from ShortList and selected third parties.
