Working mums live

Published

Whether you’re a mum about to return to work, a parent who’s just thinking about going back or you’re struggling to decide whether you can go back financially, the Working Mums Live Exhibition this Tuesday 8 March is an essential one-stop shop for advice and support.

The information-packed exhibition addresses the key issues working parents face. There's masses of workshops on offer; from attending a talk by TV presenter Fiona Phillips who will be discussing balancing work and family life, finding flexible job opportunities, getting advice on being self-employed, starting a business or setting up a franchise, improving your CV, brushing up on interview techniques and getting advice on retraining from industry experts and much more.

There will also be people who can talk to you about what financial support working parents are entitled to, as well as childcare options.

The event is free and the little ones are more than welcome – buggy parks, changing stations and crèche facilities will be available. The new exhibition will take place at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London, from 10am-5pm.
