This lower body workout can be done anywhere - no equipment needed

This bodyweight workout can be done anywhere.

Stand with feet hip width apart, weights held by either side with palms turned in. Slightly hinge at the hips and bend knees to begin the movement. Shrug the shoulders and slightly bounce as you bend the knees and pull the weights up above your shoulders with bend arms. Return the dumbbells to your sides.
