The best hostels to stay in around the world have been revealed, and they’re incredible.

Let’s be fair, hostels usually get a bit of a bad rap for being a tad grimey and grim. But if Hostelworld’s Hoscars are anything to go by that certainly isn’t the case.

Taking into account one million reviews (by people who’ve actually stayed there) from 35,000 properties in over 170 countries, they’ve whittled it down to the best of the best.
