Heading to the White Isle? Here’s our pick of Ibiza’s best and most beautiful beaches…
When you hear the name ‘Ibiza’, do you think drunken nights and wild daytime parties? Think again. This Spanish Garden of Eden might be the perfect retreat for party animals, but an 11am Jager Bomb on the shore is not the only thing the Balearic island has to offer.
If you are hunting for crystal clear waters, incredibly sandy coastline, secluded spots and a truly relaxing holiday, we have got you covered.
Here is stylist.co.uk’s pick of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches.
On the north side of the island, Cala Nova is beloved by surfers and sun-worshippers alike. This beach boasts golden sands, turquoise waters and (somewhat surprisingly) the greenest pine trees – perfect for a little hike at sundown, to enjoy the view of the shimmering sea from the hills.
For a super relaxing island experience, the Aiyanna club organises early morning yoga classes (taught in English and Spanish) followed by a tasty breakfast on the terrace. Not a bad way to start your day…

Cala Llonga is one of the biggest beaches in Ibiza and its sandy shores are populated by numerous restaurants and cafes. And, hidden in the already beautiful Cala Llonga, Sol d’en Serra is a secluded gem not to be missed: this pebbly beach is an adults-only heaven, perfect for those chasing some quiet time.
The Amante club sits on a higher level and offers a sandy beach to lay on, while sipping on one of their delicious organic juices. Fancy a night’s stay? Don’t forget to book a spot for the fanciest outdoor cinema you will ever experience – popcorn and sea breeze included.

If you want to get the party started early, head to Talamanca. This large sandy beach is located next to the centre of Ibiza and, during the summer, is the place to be if you are on a quest for some all-day-long fun.
However, if you are seeking some personal space, you may want to lay on one of Nobu’s poolside oversized daybeds. Overlooking the buzzing beach comfortably sipping a margarita? Yes, please!
Where to go: Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay
At the southernmost tip of the island, Las Salinas is a long strip of sand – widely considered to be one of the coolest sunbathing spots around. Loved for its crystal clear waters, this part of the island is also an incredible place for the ones who want to explore the hinterland, with the Ibiza Wildlife Reserve is just around the corner.
If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the beaches and the town, Casa Munich will be your green oasis. Located in the heart of the Las Salinas Natural Park, this boutique hotel is a countryside dream within a seaside heaven. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, eh?
Where to go: Casa Munich
A small white sand beach, and only reachable by car, Cala d’Hort offers a spectacular view of the island of Es Vedra. This makes it the perfect location to watch the sun sink into the sea at dusk, just before heading for a delicious seafood dinner at El Carmen.
To preserve the secluded nature of Cala d’Hort, why not swap the usual hotel for a private (and dreamy) villa? Privacy is the ultimate luxury, after all.
