The debate of South vs North London is one that has raged on for decades, with both sides of the river fiercely claiming their area is the coolest.
Now a new survey might have just put paid to all that, revealing what the best area of London to live in is. Are you ready for it?
And in the first place is... Clapham! Yes, thanks to its leafy and spacious common, buzzing nightlife and excellent transport links, SW4 has come up trumps.
It was found to be the perfect place to set up camp for pretty much everyone, from young professionals to families, party animals to homebodies.
The City Living Survey by Time Out asked over 12,000 Londoners to rate their areas for everything from friendliness, family focus, affordability, bars and restaurants and accessibility.
But North Londoners needn't be too disappointed, as Islington came in second in the top 20.
