Start planning the festive season with a boost of wellness, the best weapon against seasonal stress…
Is it early to be thinking about Christmas? Yes. Yes it is.
But put another way, is it actually a good idea to do a bit of forward planning, thus ensuring you’re not dragging yourself round the high street on 23 December, digging an elbow into a fellow shopper’s ribs in order to panic-buy a gift you’re 99% certain will be making its way back to the very same shop three short days later?
Again, the answer is yes.
That’s why we’re planning to get good and Christmassy at The Body Shop’s The Enchanted Forest event, which is popping up in Shoreditch, East London, between 3-4 November.
Better still, we’ll be helping ourselves to a well-earned dose of R&R while we’re there…
Taking place in a sensory wonderland, The Enchanted Forest will bring a touch of woodland tranquility to the heart of the city.
Guests will be treated to free makeovers and express facials in the Beauty Hideout, with relaxing massages available in the Forest Spa.
Duly unwound, you’ll then be able to explore The Body Shop’s gift collection and limited edition seasonal ranges, enjoying 25% off all purchases made at the event. You’ll even get a free goody bag worth £35 with purchases of £25 or more.
On top of that, there will also be a series of ticketed workshops and talks including winter skincare advice, candlelit yoga, a wreath-making masterclass with florist Wild At Heart, and a crash course on minimising stress throughout the Christmas period.
Sessions are filling up fast though, so book your tickets here to avoid disappointment.
Finally, guests will have the chance to discover a virtual world of Forest Bathing. Created in tandem with The Body Shop’s Christmas campaign partner the Woodland Trust, the experience will illustrate the importance of protecting, preserving and re-wilding natural spaces, while also demonstrating how they contribute to our general wellbeing.
Consider us well (in the most literal sense) and truly prepped.
For more information and to see the full timetable of workshops and talks visit The Body Shop, with all ticket prices redeemable against purchases made at the event.
