ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER / OPENING AND CLOSING DATES:

1. This promotion is open to residents of all UK residents. Employees of Coca-Cola Great Britain their immediate families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3. The promotion will run from Thursday 26 October to Wednesday 1 November only and will end at 24:00 (midnight) on this day.

4. Maximum 1 x entry per person.

HOW TO ENTER

5. To enter the competition, participants will be required to email address, with their name, and city of residence.

6. Entries will be subject to a moderation process. Entries must not contain any obscene, defamatory, distasteful, offensive, language If the content does not pass the moderation process it will not be eligible to win.

7. All of the entries which pass moderation will be submitted to an independent party who will make the draw and ensure all aspects of the draw comply with relevant guidelines. The winner will be selected by 18.00 hrs 02.11.17.

9. The independent party’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the award.

10. The name of the successful winner will be made available on request to those sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Fanta Halloween, Brands2Life, 110 Southwark Street, London, SE1 0TA at any time after three months have passed following the closing date of this promotion.

12. Winner must make Promoter aware of any food allergies once notified of prize.

13. Winner must be available to receive the delivery on the date agreed with Promoter.

14. Whilst every attempt will be made to accommodate all requests for the winner prize, the promoter cannot guarantee to meet all specific individual requirements, including change of date of delivery.

DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

15. The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of being selected, using the contact details provided on entry to this promotion. Winners should check all junk folders and emails coming from fanta@brands2life.com for the confirmation email notifying them of their win and instructions on next steps. Winners will be asked in the email to provide a contact telephone number for the fulfilment team to verify that they comply with these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email and/or telephone. However, if the winner has not responded to email notification and/or the follow up call within 14 days, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

15. The winner will be required to provide additional details in order for the promoter to verify and fulfil their prize. The Promoter will ensure that the plan for the prize is in place within 24 hours of the winner being notified. This is based on establishing contact with the winner or reserve first to verify via phone call that they comply with these terms and conditions.

GENERAL

18. The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.

19. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

20. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

21. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, refuse further participation in the promotion, and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of the promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

24. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.

26. By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
